The Andrea Crostata is a special tart named after a dear friend who inspired it. It features a classic shortcrust pastry base, a thin layer of apricot jam, and fresh apple slices on top. It became one of our best-selling treats at the bakery after he requested a tart just like the one from his childhood. That’s why we named it the Andrea Crostata.
